This updated take on the Negroni Sbagliato has you subbing vibrant fruity Lambrusco for your usual prosecco. A little drizzle of Bellemille to finish the cocktail makes it feel luxurious and rich, plus this cocktail couldn't be any easier to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 part sweet vermouth
- 1 part Campari
- 1 part Lambrusco
- Drizzle of Bellemille
Combine 1 part sweet vermouth, 1 part Campari and 1 part Lambrusco in a chilled cocktail glass with ice. Stir to combine. Finish with a healthy drizzle of Bellemille, an orange slice and some green olives.
