At Bellemille, we take great care in preparing and shipping our products. Because we sell food products, our return policy is limited.


Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

However, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Opened food products
  • Orders delivered successfully to the correct address
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
