From Grove to Bottle

Bellemille is extra virgin olive oil produced on a single family-run estate in Tuscany, just outside Florence. The olives are grown, harvested, cold-pressed, and bottled in one place, preserving the freshness, character, and integrity of every harvest. There are no blends, no shortcuts, and no industrial processing — just olive oil with a clear origin, shaped by the land and the season.

Our Story

Bellemille was founded by Alexa Dombkoski after a decade of living and working in Florence. What began as a semester abroad became a lasting connection to Tuscan food culture, hospitality, and the rituals of everyday life. In 2020, Bellemille began with a small shipment of just 70 bottles — an effort to share a little piece of Tuscany with kitchens back in the United States.

Single-Estate Production
Our olives come from one family-run estate in Tuscany, where they are grown, pressed, and bottled at origin.
Sustainably Made
Produced with respect for the land, Bellemille uses sustainable farming methods and repurposes olive pits into heating pellets to reduce waste.
Limited by Nature
We bottle only what each harvest allows. Once the oil is gone, it is gone until the next pressing in October or November.
