This Bellemille EVOO chocolate mug cake could not be any simpler and it is to die for. You are seriously just throwing some ingredients into a coffee mug and popping that bad boy into the microwave for literally less than a minute. The best on a freezing winter afternoon when you need a sweet little pick me up. It's rich and chocolatey and will brighten your day.
Also, if you did these in little ramekins instead of mugs at your next dinner party you could probably convince your friends you worked all day on dessert, just saying.
Ingredients
- 2.5 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tablespoons of Bellemille olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips (if you want to get really wild you could add in peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips, whatever floats your fancy)
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream or some whipped cream

Mix all dry ingredients in a mug. Add the egg and olive oil and mix again until completely blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Microwave anywhere from 45 to 90 seconds depending on your microwave.
